Return Policy:

Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify Amsons as soon as possible for a replacement (if available), store credit, or a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at contact@amsonsdesign.au. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and assist you in organizing the return. We may request images of the damage for further assessment. Based on our evaluation, we will offer you the option to arrange a replacement, provide store credit, or issue a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.

Change of Mind Returns: If you change your mind about a product and wish to return it, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that return postage for change of mind returns is the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for the item's cost, excluding any shipping charges. If the item has been opened but is still in original condition, store credit to the value of the item will be issued instead of a refund.

Refunds for orders placed via Afterpay are not available for change of mind.


Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, provided that the order has not been shipped or is not in the process of being prepared for dispatch.

Refund and Replacement Eligibility: We will not refund or replace a product that has become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use it in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, abnormal use, or failure to take reasonable care. To determine eligibility for a refund or replacement, please contact our Customer Care Team at contact@amsonsdesign.au.

Return Shipping: For change of mind returns, the buyer is responsible for the return postage cost. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and returned to us via a traceable shipping method. We recommend obtaining a proof of postage for your records. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process the refund or store credit as applicable.

Terms and Conditions:

The 30-day guarantee period commences from the date that you receive your product. If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch.
