Delivery Time: All orders are dispatched during business hours. If you have ordered multiple items from our website, you may receive multiple deliveries. Unfortunately, carriers cannot specify an exact delivery time.

Additional Delivery Requests: We regret that we are unable to accommodate additional delivery requests at this time. This include specific delivery dates or times, weekend deliveries, reserving or holding stock in our warehouse, and consolidation of multiple items.

Damaged Items: Upon receiving your package, please carefully inspect the box and the item itself for any damage. If you find any significant damage, please contact us immediately.

Delivery:

Delivery Options: If you are not at home during the delivery, you can choose the option to have the order left at your door during checkout. However, if you have not provided an authority to leave the package and you are not home at the time of delivery, a notice with alternative arrangements will be left at your residence. Typically, your parcel will be stored at your local post office for pickup or left at a safe place.
