Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch Orders placed before 11am (AEST) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11am are dispatched within 1 business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During sales and peak periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

All orders ship via Australia Post. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary by location.

International shipping - New Zealand: $35 per item - Canada and United States: $70 per item

Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery information - Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate parcels. - We can’t arrange specific delivery dates or times, weekend delivery, or hold stock. - Choose “Authority to leave” at checkout if you’d like your parcel left at your door. Otherwise, a card will be left and your parcel will be held at your local post office.

Damaged, delayed or missing parcels Please check your parcel on arrival and contact us straight away if anything is damaged. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, check your tracking link first. If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find it, please check with neighbours, building management or your local post office. Then contact us at contact@amsonsdesign.com.au with your order number within 21 days of placing your order so we can investigate.
